Every call
answered.
Rolume is the receptionist for HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops. It picks up when you can't, books the visit into your schedule, and texts the customer a confirmation.
About Rolume.
You're on a roof, under a sink, or finally home for dinner when the phone rings. The caller hangs up and dials the next shop on the list.
Rolume answers in your company's name, sounds like a person, and takes down exactly what your tech needs: who's calling, where to go, the best number, and what's wrong. Then it books the visit inside your hours and sends the confirmation text.
How it works
Three steps on every call, usually done in under two minutes.
-
Step 01
Picks up
Answers with your business name, day or night, and asks if it's a new problem or an existing appointment.
-
Step 02
Gets the details
Name, service address, callback number and the problem, each read back so nothing gets written down wrong.
-
Step 03
Books the visit
Offers open arrival windows from your schedule, explains the first visit is a quote, and texts a confirmation.
Hear a real call.
A call from our demo line. We swapped in a sample business name and caller details, the conversation is unchanged.

Book a demoQuestions
How long does setup take?
About a week from when you sign up. We build your receptionist with your business name, hours and arrival windows, test it, and then turn it on with you.
What does the demo cost?
Nothing. We build a demo receptionist with your business name and hours, and you call it yourself to hear how it handles your customers.
Will it book visits outside my hours?
No. It answers day and night, but it only offers arrival windows inside the hours you set.
What does the customer get after the call?
A no-reply text confirming the visit time as soon as the call ends. After the visit they get a text with your Google review link.
How do customers reschedule or cancel?
They call your number. The receptionist finds their booking and takes the change, and the visit updates on your calendar.
What if a caller says it's urgent?
The receptionist notes the urgency on the job. If a caller mentions gas or carbon monoxide, the call is marked so it stands out in your portal.
Can my team see the calls and the schedule?
Yes. Every call has a recording and transcript in your portal. You can give your team their own logins and assign a crew member to each visit.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Calls keep getting answered. Extra minutes are billed per minute at the rate we quote during setup. Your portal shows your minutes all month and warns you when you're on pace to go over.
